Machine operative

Leaf Recruitment Bradford are looking for3 machine operative to work for our client based in Stourton Leeds Ls10. Must have previous machine operative experience.

Our client runs their business on a more you learn the more you earn basis.

All operators start on 11.50 and 11.80 for night as you learn each part of the machine your wage will rise, once you have shown you are capable of running the machine you will be on the top rate

Candidates will start after a successful interview

You will need to be flexible as company works a Matrix shift pattern. 7am - 7pm and 7pm - 7am

Role consists of running the company's new machine, experience with Polymer extrusion or PET extrusion ideal

This material is not household waste, no food or consumer waste. (no bad smell)

There is scope to move up within the company and hard work is rewarded with increases to hourly rate as you learn each part of the job.
