Key Responsibilities inc.Team Leadership & DevelopmentEnsure Bar & Restaurant Managers are fulfilling their responsibilities effectively.
Oversee recruitment for all roles, with final approval from GM
Implement and deliver monthly training sessions, supported by structured training schedules.
Develop the management team by refining job descriptions and fostering continuous improvement among Assistant Managers.
Chair weekly management meetings to set goals, review achievements, and provide insights into the business's operational performance.
Offer weekly and monthly team incentives to drive engagement and achievement of targets.
Uphold the companys ethos by ensuring exceptional guest satisfaction and high service standards.
Enforce uniform and appearance standards for all team.
Address performance issues using disciplinary procedures outlined in the company handbook.
Assisting the General Manager with financial performance of the business, including:
Labour cost control.
Turnover and profitability (wet and dry gross profit).
