The Role:

AsGeneral Manager, youll be at the helm of a stunning, high-volume, upmarket restaurant, overseeing all aspects of daily operations and ensuring a seamless guest experience. Youll inspire, lead, and develop your team to deliver excellence in service, uphold brand standards, and drive business performance.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead, motivate, and manage a large front and back-of-house team.
Ensure the highest standards of guest satisfaction and service delivery.
Oversee financial performance, budgets, and profitability.
Maintain operational excellence and compliance with company standards.
Work closely with the senior leadership team to deliver strategic objectives.
Recruit, train, and develop staff to reach their full potential.
Drive local marketing and community engagement initiatives.

About You:

Proven experience as a General Manager within a premium or high-volume restaurant.
Strong leadership and people management skills.
Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to guest satisfaction.
Commercially astute with excellent financial acumen.
A proactive, hands-on approach and passion for hospitality excellence.
