The organisation;We are delighted to be working with this high growth organisation that has a great reputation on the market and truly invests in its people.  Having grown significantly through acquisition, they are now on their next phase of consolidation and expansion.They offer hybrid working with the opportunity to based from one of their local offices and travel to meet the demands of the business.  The opportunity;The Head of HR is a brand new role and has been created to harmonise and support the delivery of exceptional HR practices throughout the organisation. You'll support the HR Business Partnering teams to equip them with the necessary resources and expertise, ensuring they deliver top-tier service within their respective regions.This is a brand new role supporting our Chief People Officer on a day to day basis. You will be responsible for ensuring our HR team deliver to the business through various means including strategic partnerships, operational excellence, project leadership, system efficiency and compliance and communication. The role is internal facing and your key stakeholders will be managers across the business.
  • Leading and developing the team, driving high performance.
  • Leading the implementation of the UK people strategy through the HR Business Partnering team.
  • Looking for opportunities to continuously improve the HR operations, driving exceptional customer service.
  • Working with the team to identify opportunities for automation and greater efficiencies.
  • Supporting the growth strategy including further M&A integration and cultural alignment
  • Driving talent development processes and deliver results.
  • Overseeing people data and insights, utilise insights to drive the activities and commercial decision making.
  • Work closely with stakeholders including the wider people team (Talent Acquisition and L&D) finance and wider business leaders. 
Hybrid working with flexibility on hours and c.3 days in the office each week - travel across the network of UK offices as required.What we are looking for;Candidates must be able to demonstrate the following;
  • Experience gained in a leadership role within a large, complex organisation (4,000+ colleagues).
  • Excellent leader of people, able to inspire and motivate large teams and drive high performance standards.
  • Strong experience of leading HR operations, real depth of understanding of process and systems improvements.
  • Analytical mindset, able to analyse interpret and utilise data effectively.
  • Detail orientated, happy to get into the operations and ‘roll sleeves up’ where necessary.
  • Experience of M&A would be advantageous.
  • Highly experienced in all areas of HR, knows what good looks like and how to get the best out of the people and systems.
  • Excellent influencing and relationship building skills.
  • Confidence to establish and embed new ways of working.
  • Excellent presentation skills.
