Recruit4staff are proud to be representing their client, a leasing company in their search for a a HR Administrator to work from their head office facility in Leeds. 

For the successful HR Administrator our client is offering:

  • £24,000 - £28,000 PRO RATA 
  • 20 - 30 hours between Monday to Friday 0830 and 1700
  • Permanent

The role - HR Administrator: 

  • Issuing job offers and coordinating the on-boarding of new employees 
  • Coordinating the off-boarding process for employees leaving the business
  • Coordinating the probationary process - sending reminders to managers and issuing correspondence to employees
  • Administering contract variations
  • Providing administration support to Senior HR Advisor; minute taking, drafting performance improvement letters, etc
  • Assist with the recruitment process
  • Keep all current HR information correct and in line with General Data Protection Regulation

What our client is looking for in a HR & Recruitment Coordinator:

  • Previous experience working within a HR / Human Resources team administratively- ESSENTIAL
  • CIPD Level 3 Qualification - DESIREABLE 
  • Experience with Recruitment Coordination / HR Document Administration - ESSENTIAL
  • Confident Communicator
  • Part-Time hour availability - ESSENTIAL
