Fast Track Engineer - M365

Location: Offices across the UK (Hybrid working)

Base Salary: £40,000 - £50,000 (plus bonus and benefits)

This is an outstanding opportunity for a passionate technical professional with a background in any of the following roles: 2nd/3rd Line Support Engineer (MSP), Hands-on Technical Account Manager OR Fast Track Engineer position.

This unique opportunity will allow the right person to flourish as a Technical Engineer and as a Customer Success Manager, working for one of the UK’s leading Microsoft Solutions Partners, with 8 Microsoft Specialisations and 5 Microsoft Designations.

Role Overview: As a Microsoft Fast Track Engineer, you’ll build strong relationships with Mid-Market to Enterprise customers. Your role involves delivering Microsoft FastTrack to customers, a program designed to remotely provide best practices and guidance for successful onboarding of workloads within M365.

Responsibilities:

• Provide technical guidance, best practices, and remediation steps to successfully onboard users to Microsoft Office 365.
• Support Customer Success Managers (CSMs) during customer welcome calls by addressing technically minded questions.
• Lead technical workshop discussions with customers across specific M365 workloads, tailoring approaches to help them achieve their goals.
• Own technical workshop engagements through their lifecycle, ensuring satisfactory customer resolution.
• Accurately record time in a centralized system for reporting on customer service usage.

Requirements:

• Practical knowledge of the full M365 stack
• Hands on technical support experience and capabilities
• Any of the following certifications will hugely beneficial: MS-100, MS-101, MS-203, MS-500, MS-700, MS-900)
• Experience managing on-premises Microsoft applications, server technologies, and roles required for Hybrid solutions.
• Excellent customer service and written communication skills.
• Strong work ethic and ability to collaborate within a team.
