IT Helpdesk EngineerLeeds/Hybrid£20,000 - £26,000

Day-to-Day Duties:

  • Performing to a 1st/2nd Line standard
  • When working from home you'll be working on the service desk dealing with complex tickets.
  • When working in the office you'll be providing hands-up desktop support and occasionally travelling to different sites to support project work.
  • Providing desktop support
  • Project rollouts
  • Communicate efficiently to ensure the end-user's problems are resolved.
  • Create and maintain technical documentation.

Tech Stack:

  • Active Directory
  • Windows Server
  • Hardware knowledge
