Stride Recruitment is working with a leading data consultancy focused on delivering Data & Analytics Solutions for clients in markets such as; Financial Services, Retail, CPG, and Telco. They specialise in the delivery of Modern Data Solutions for firms in their chosen target markets. Using innovative technologies, they deliver data pipelines, cloud data architectures, advanced analytical and AI/ML solutions.


We are looking for ambitious and self-motivated sales professional with a passion for helping customers achieve more with Data, Analytics and AI. You'll have experience in new business sales, ideally in a services based organisation and are looking to take your career to the next level ultimately being responsible for all sales activity for key target markets.


Experience required:

  • Advanced Negotiation Skills: Demonstrated ability in negotiating high-value contracts with a track record of successful deal closures.
  • Analytical Mindset: Strong analytical skills to understand complex data environments and articulate the value proposition of our solutions effectively.
  • Technological Proficiency: Familiarity with the latest trends in data analytics, machine learning, and business intelligence tools.
  • Exceptional Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Proven Sales Track Record: Demonstrable experience in exceeding sales targets in the technology or data analytics sector.
  • Experience in Solution Selling: A background in selling complex analytical software solutions, preferably in the fields of data management, analytics, business intelligence or data engineering.
  • Industry Network: Established network within the UK market, especially in sectors like finance, retail, or healthcare where data analytics solutions are in high demand.
