This is an award winning team, who have extensive amounts of experience within their field of operations, meaning you will be surrounded by colleagues you can learn from and develop with.The RoleCollating and entering data related to current insurance claimsDiary managementProducing related documents, liaising with customers and third parties over the phone to provide updatesYou will also be tasked with managing multiple cases at the same time therefore the ability to prioritise and experience of working in a fast-paced, time-sensitive environment is essentialProviding high levels of customer service both internally and externallyThe Ideal CandidateIdeal applicants will have previous experience in Motor claims handling or claims administration, excellent customer service skills, the ability to use initiative, common sense and manage their own workload. This would also suit someone who has had exposure to vehicle repair claims, credit hire or injury and you’re looking for that next step in hour career.Benefits Include
