Salary: Up to £27,000
Location: LS1
Hours of work: 9:00 - 5:00
You will be responsible for:
- Coordinating administration of the team including:
- Diary management
- Coordinating team diaries
- Arranging travel
- Opening of client files
- Ensuring regular and efficient billing and monitoring retainer arrangements
- Draft correspondence and prepare standard documentation
- Carry out copying, faxing, archiving, organisation of client files and filing systems
- Make and receive telephone calls
- Dealing with invoices
- Prepare monthly client billing, expense claims
- Prepare PowerPoint presentations
- Maintain internal database
- Stationery ordering
- Developing good working relationships with both internal colleagues and external
- Developing healthcare industry knowledge and attending training as may be necessary or desirable to assist in performance of the role
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Proficient in Word, digital dictation, Excel, Outlook
- Proficient in diary management; meeting arrangements, telephone and email
- Fast and accurate typing
- Previous experience using case management system
- Conversant in document version control
- Able to take and pass on accurate messages
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to prioritise tasks and to work under pressure
