We are looking for a dedicated Supply Chain & Logistics Coordinator to facilitate the smooth functioning of our retail operations. The candidate will be responsible for overseeing supply chain processes, managing relationships with vendors, and ensuring timely delivery of goods.

Description

  • Oversee and manage every stage of the supply chain process
  • Ensure timely delivery of goods to the respective locations
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors
  • Coordinate with the sales and production departments to ensure inventory levels meet demand
  • Implement strategies for improving supply chain efficiency
  • Prepare and present reports on supply chain performance
  • Assist in budget preparation and cost analysis for supply chain operations
  • Stay updated on latest trends and innovations in the logistics and supply chain industry

Profile

The successful Supply Chain & Logistics Coordinator will have:

  • Previously worked in a similar position within a supply chain team
  • Strong understanding of supply chain and logistics principles
  • Proficiency in using supply chain software and MS Office
  • Excellent organisational and communication skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with various internal teams and external partners
  • Strong problem-solving skills and an analytical mindset
