We are looking for a Maintenance Engineer in Leeds, to join a well-established contractor on a permanently employed basis. This is a great opportunity to work in maintenance team on a long-term NHS contract.

The successful Maintenance Engineer will receive:

32,000 annual base salary

The Maintenance Engineer will be responsible for:

Heating and domestic water services
Fire alarm systems an emergency lighting
Plant room maintenance
General PPM

As the Maintenance Engineer you will have:

Extensive knowledge in Electrical and Plumbing works
Time served Engineer in a commercial/healthcare environment
