Job Title: Mechanical Maintenance Engineer

Location: Leeds

Salary Range: 30,000 - 32,000 per annum

Are you a skilled Maintenance Engineer looking for an exciting opportunity in Leeds? Our company is seeking a qualified and experienced engineer to join our team. If you have a passion for engineering and a background in plantroom maintenance, steam systems, and pipework repair, we want to hear from you.

Responsibilities:

Conducting maintenance and repair work on plantroom equipment, including steam systems, LTHW (Low Temperature Hot Water), chilled water, and pipework.

Utilizing various joint techniques such as welding, brazing, and crimping to ensure effective repairs.

Steam experience is essential for this role, as it will be a key component of the job.

Qualifications and Required Experience:

Qualified time-served engineer with a minimum of 3 years of post-apprenticeship experience.

While healthcare experience is desirable, it is not essential for this position.

Cross-trade experience will be advantageous.

Proficiency in welding, brazing, and crimping techniques.

Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
