Description
The duties of the marketing co-ordinator will include:
- Coordinating and implementing marketing campaigns for the property department.
- Managing relationships across the business to ensure the successful implementation of campaigns.
- Ensuring brand consistency across all marketing materials and platforms.
- Assisting in the production of marketing materials and literature.
- Coordinating the production of a wide range of marketing communications.
- Undertaking detailed ongoing analysis of marketing campaigns to ensure targets are met.
- Organising and attending events such as conferences, seminars, receptions and exhibitions.
- Performing administrative tasks to ensure the functionality of marketing activities.
Profile
A successful Marketing Coordinator should have:
- A degree in Marketing or a related field.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organisational and planning skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Creativity, with an eye for good design.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
