Hours: full time, 37.5 hours per week (9:00am- 5:30pm)

A varied and interesting opportunity within this boutique law firm based in Leeds centre. Supporting the lawyers day to day with administrative and client care responsibilities, you will be trained to undertake relief office management duties. Every day will be different but duties will include:

  • Managing fee earner inbox and diary, arranging appointments, checking for diary conflicts
  • Answering calls and taking messages, inputting new client details, assisting with instructions to Counsel and Court bundles
  • Land Registry searches
  • Organising contractor visits, maintenance and repairs
  • Invoices and expenses, bank reconciliations, VAT returns
  • Managing the building security, office insurances, kit testing, cleaners, etc.

Previous experience working in a professional services office is essential. This role would be ideal for a Secretary or Assistant seeking more responsibility.
