- Support and assist qualified staff in assessing, planning, and implementing patient rehabilitation care.
- Deliver Physiotherapy services to residents in collaboration with the Head of Therapies.
- Provide professional leadership in Physiotherapy, adhering to clinical governance principles and the Chartered Society of Physiotherapy's code of conduct.
- Work as a member of the multidisciplinary Neuro care team.
- Take responsibility for assessing and treating complex neurological conditions through Physiotherapy.
- Develop and evaluate individualized treatment and rehabilitation plans, coordinating with relevant agencies.
- Utilize clinical reasoning and evidence-based practice to formulate personalized care plans.
- Use standardized and innovative Physiotherapy assessment tools for effective treatment.
- Participate in clinical audits and employ relevant outcome measures for analysis.
- Conduct clinical risk assessments and devise risk management plans.
- Identify and procure specialized equipment for residents with complex physical needs.
- Requirements:
- Degree in Physiotherapy
- Registration with the HCPC
- Up-to-date knowledge of evidence-based practices in Physiotherapy
- Familiarity with regulatory frameworks and inspection processes
- Demonstrated Continued Professional Development
