Product Manager - EMEA/Global - Leeds hybrid based role - £60,000-£70,000 (dep on exp)

An excellent opportunity as a Product Manager has arisen for a world leading industrial manufacturing/engineering company based in the centre of Leeds.

The Product Manager role will encompass daily activities from analysing market trends, defining customer needs and evaluating the competitive landscape to developing and executing winning product roadmaps and pricing strategies.

They will interface regularly with R&D, engineering, sales, supply chain, finance and operations, optimising the position of the group

Core responsibilities will be to:

  • Develop product strategy and optimise the product portfolio by project planning and prioritising.
  • Working on the development of product roadmaps by working with different stakeholders within the business confirming objectives & product strategy.
  • Oversee product positioning in the marketplace, including analysing pricing strategies based on the market.
  • Responsible for the pricing strategy through the product life cycle.
  • Work on the product line and drive the development and execution of the roadmap to improvement.
  • Addresses operational issues associated with quality, delivery, and production
  • Go-to-market strategy and product roadmap ownership for assigned markets and products.
  • Market size and segmentation analysis along with customer analysis
  • Driving pipeline growth by working closely with global sales teams.
  • Strategic annual short term and long-range market planning to maximize growth.
  • Generate growth through collaboration of cross-functional teams (including R&D, Sales, Finance, Supply Chain & Operations).

The successful candidate will have the following

  • Bachelor’s Degree required.
  • Experience with a technical product line required
  • 5+ Years Product Management experience with a B to B technical product line preferred
  • Experience growing a product line via organic means and integration of acquired/bought in products preferred
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or Business preferred but not essential
  • Strong analytical and communication skills
  • Engage passionately with the products and manage projects
  • European languages desirable, German, Italian, Spanish, French...

An excellent role working for a multinational world leader, based in central Leeds, candidate need to commute once/twice a week to the office .
