Inclusive Consulting are delighted to be partnered with a longstanding highly successful construction client, who are now looking for a strong administrator to join their buying team based in Garforth in Leeds.
The role is for an initial period on 3 months but will then be on a rolling month-by-month contract.
The main purpose of the role will be to support the senior buyer with all groundwork enquiries and orders by completing the following responsibilities:
Helping the Senior Groundworks Buyer with the raising of the orders
- Invoice queries and disputes
- Chasing paperwork – quotes, design mixes etc..
- Raising and completing new accounts
- Checking with sites all live hires on a weekly basis
- Monitoring damage costs within the Groundworks dept and liaising with both the Senior Buyer and Groundworks Director
- Collating all information regarding the due diligence for muck shifts on-site
- Arranging transport of materials from site.
Although we are ideally looking to speak with candidates who have experience of working in a buying team or department, we are also very keen to speak to candidates with a strong background in administration, a strong work ethic and the ability to work with people of all levels.
On offer is a competitive salary of c£25,000 + great benefits.
