We have an extremely exciting opportunity for someone to join a new and growing consultancy which provides the ability to contribute to the growth of the business and gain from future opportunities.

This is a Quantity Surveying practice who primarily specialise in the Civil Engineering Industry and they have a wide range of clients bringing in an extensive amount of business. They are looking for a key recruit to join the business and in return will provide the ability to work on something new every day, keeping the workplace refreshing and exciting.

Roughly 80% of their workload is working with blue chip main contractors who require a whole host of Quantity Surveying services across Infrastructure, Renewable Energy, Highway, Utilities, Water and some building projects.

The successful candidate needs to be of degree or equivalent qualification level with 5 years minimum experience. They need to be well versed in NEC contracts and have the ability to work on multiple projects at a time covering predominantly procurement, subcontract management, change, valuations and reporting. The candidate may also be involved in dispute resolution cases from time to time.

Offices are in Garforth and site visits will be required (primarily around Yorkshire).
