Our client is a leading developer and operator of high end build to rent apartment blocks. Within their portfolio are some of the UK's most desirable properties, that are spread right across the country.
Due to their flagship site of the North opening shortly, my client is looking for a competent Lettings Administrator to join the team and support the lettings function at this fantastic, flagship site.
The site will hold almost 1,000 high end apartments, a gym, multiple lounges, resident dining rooms, gardens, car park and more.
On offer:
- £25,000 - £27,000 salary
- 5% pension contributions
- 10% bonus
To be considered for this position:
- At least 1 years experience in a similar role within the residential sector
