The Role

· Managing your own recruitment desk/ business within an autonomous environment.

· Leading by example.

· Placing non-medical candidates within the NHS.

· Sourcing and interviewing suitable candidates.

· Working closely with your clients to develop clients and relationships.

· Developing contacts.

· Working closely with the existing team to ensure mutual targets are achieved.

Ideal Candidate

· Will come from a recruitment background (essential).

· Can demonstrate a track record of success and achievement within the recruitment industry.

· Will possess the ability to build and grow long-term relationships with both candidates and clients.

· Team player with ambition.
