- Searching job boards (CV-Library, Reed, Indeed, TotalJobs and LinkedIn) for candidates who meet client requirements.
- Arranging and attending client meetings, to discuss their staffing solutions.
- Posting Job Adverts to attract and engage with candidates actively looking for work.
- Sourcing and screening candidates for a variety of permanent vacancies.
- Understanding candidate career aspirations and building meaningful relationships.
- Carrying out competency-based interviews.
- Attending networking events to maximise opportunities.
- Bringing on new clients, nurturing and maintaining existing relationships.
- Due to the nature of the role a full driver’s licence is required.
- Previous 180 or 360 recruitment experience.
- Excellent organisational and time-management skills.
- Ability to work toward both KPI and financial targets.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently, as well as part of a team.
- A positive mentality and can-do attitude.
- Location: Canal Place, Leeds
- Competitive base salary of £25,000-£27,000.
- Uncapped commission scheme with the ability to earn up to 30% on billings.
- 32 days annual leave (including bank holidays) increasing by one day each year.
- Working hours are Monday-Friday 9:00am – 5:30pm.
