The Role

Working in a combined capacity of Sales and Candidate attraction, typical duties of a Senior Recruitment Consultant are:

Business development activities with existing and new clients
Generating and attending client meetings to establish and build long-term working relationships
Using social media to identify and engage with candidates
Interviewing and assessing the skills of candidates
Providing shortlists for client job briefs
Canvassing high value candidates to existing and new client networks
Managing multiple deadlines within a fun, lively and target driven environment.

Your Profile

While previous recruitment experience is advantageous it is not essential, and we are open to speaking to candidates with the following:

Prior experience in a client facing role, selling products or services via Teams and in Person
Target driven individuals who are motivated to earn commission.
Team players who enjoy collaborating with colleagues in person
Strong communicators, willing to spend time with clients both socially and professionally
Quick learners, who enjoy learning new skills from proven performers
