Overview: 

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced in energy markets Business Development Manager to join a UK-based digital energy consultancy focused on innovation and sustainability for business energy consumers. Our mission is to provide robust energy solutions that empower businesses to thrive in the ever-evolving energy landscape. With a team of experts who combine industry knowledge with data-led risk management strategies, we aim to drive positive change in energy management. 

Duties: 

- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research,networking, and prospecting

- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring customersatisfaction and repeat business

- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company targets

- Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project implementation

- Stay up-to-date with energy industry trends and competitor activities

- Prepare sales reports and forecasts for management review

Requirements: 

- Bachelor's degree in Business or relevant field

- At least 3 years experience in energy sector 

- Proven sales results

- Business communication and Account Management skills

- Excellent interpersonal and persuasion abilities

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

- Ability to work independently and collaboratively

- Must be local to the area (Leeds)
