We are recruiting for an exceptional Assistant Restaurant Manager for the Brasserie restaurant of one of Yorkshires most beautiful country-house hotels.
Set in the tranquility of North Yorkshire, this property invests in its staff, placing emphasis on empathy, collaboration, drive, trust and passion.
Duties:
- To assist and co-ordinate the efficient running of service at The Brasserie
- To take a lead for developing team members with training and development plans
- Deputise for the Brasserie Manager in terms of team representation at resort meetings as well as the daily running of the Brasserie
- To ensure that billing is completed at the end of shifts, including any non-resident payments and folio charges
- To maintain standards set by the property as well as departmental procedures
We are looking for a vibrant individual who thrives in the hospitality industry. Previous experience in a similar role is required, but we are happy to train someone with the right attitude and attributes.

- £31,743 + (£3k-£4k tronc) per anum
- A work-life balance of 40 hours per week - which is respected and overtime is very rarely required, which is paid hourly when requested.
