• Annual Salary: £23,795 - £26,795 OTE plus Commission on Personal Sales
• Location: LS1, Leeds, West Yorkshire

We are seeking a Sales Assistant to join our BRAND NEW store in Leeds. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about providing excellent customer service and has a knack for sales. The successful candidate will be adept at working under pressure, competent with technology, and skilled at assembling flat-packed furniture.

Day-to-day of the role:

• Deliver the highest standards of customer service at all times.
• Handle stock effectively and maintain back of house standards.
• Support the Manager and team in meeting company sales targets and operational goals.
• Be flexible to work a varied schedule, including weekends, to meet the retail business needs.
• Uphold store visual standards.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Relevant transferable experience.
• Eligibility to work in the UK.
• Must be well-presented and professional.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Natural sales ability and a customer-focused approach.
