Lead Senior Support

We have a role Based in Leeds for a Lead Senior Support Worker. this is a full time permanent position Aa a Lead Senior Support Worker you will be able to balance the needs of the service, along with your team and the persons you will be supporting, As a senior member of staff you should be able to inspire confidence in your team and help them make sure the highest quality person-centred support is given at all times. if you havnt worked as a senior previously but are looking to take that step up we can help with that but you must hold a level 3 in health and social care. This role does involve days, evenings, weekends, and sleep ins so you must be flexible for this position lone working 1:1 Dealing with complex needs Working on shift Managing the emotional well-being of the people we support Supporting and mentioning other members of the team Dealing with any problems that arise on shift Ensuring good practice is adhered to at all times Ensuring the people we support have the opportunity to do the things they love Accompanying the people we support in the community what you get in return Pension contribution Access to free occupational health, physiotherapy, counselling and advice services Fully paid training and access to nationally recognised qualifications Sick Pay entitlement Travel to work scheme (season ticket loan) Bluelight discounts Refer a friend scheme Must hold a level 3 in health and social care Driving Licence an advantage you must have the right to work full time in the UK
