Support Worker
Search Health-care is collaborating with a renowned Health-care Provider to recruit several experienced Support Workers for a Leeds-based facility. This role involves a temp-to-perm arrangement, offering care to vulnerable individuals with complex needs, focusing on their emotional and mental wellbeing.
The Role:
As a Support Worker, you will assist individuals with mental health issues and complex needs. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 6 months' experience in a similar role and be familiar with supporting individuals with mental health and complex needs. Completion of MAPA/PMVA training is required.

- Available to work 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday.
- Possession of MAPA/PMVA certification is essential.
- A valid driving license is essential
- Competence in completing risk assessments essential
- Dedication to empowering individuals with complex needs to take control of their lives.
- Aiming to build a fulfilling and rewarding career in social care, making a significant difference in the lives of those you support.
- At least 6 months of experience in the mental health sector and the ability to provide 2 years of employment references.
