Milk Education is currently working in partnership with a secondary Pupal Referral Unit in Leeds that are looking to appoint a Youth Worker, to work with their pupils that are aged between 11-16. This is a Monday - Friday role and would require you to work 08.30 - 15.30. As a Youth Worker at this school, you would be expected to support the children with learning, managing behaviour in the classroom and adhering to all school policies.聽

Your role & responsibilities:
路 Supporting the class teacher to deliver lessons
路 Helping the pupils regulate
路 Creating a fun and safe environment for the children to thrive
Non-negotiables:
路 Must have recent and relevant experience working with children or adults with mental health issues.聽
路 Be available Monday to Friday 08:30 - 15:30
路 Must have the ability to work under the guidance of the classroom teacher
