The client is an award winning Digital Marketing agency that supercharges brands with a continuous improvement approach that gives them incremental gains, tangible progress & sustainable success. They have a wealth of experience with kick-starting apprentices careers, they know exactly what it takes to support and guide you throughout your programme.
As a Software Developer Apprentice, you will be an essential part of the team, responsible for writing logical code, fixing bugs, involved with the full development life-cycle, test code & so much more to enhance your skills and reach your ture potential!
In this role, you’ll work towards your Level 3 or Level 4 Software Developer qualification, delivered by our expert training team at Baltic Apprenticeships.
A Typical Day in the Job:
- Write logical and maintainable software solutions considering performance and user experience
- Work on bug fixes, including functional errors and logical errors
- Be involved with the full development life cycle
- Use management tools such as Github, Team work, time tracking, instant messaging tools, Slack, Trello
- Test code using functional testing and none functional testing
- Take responsibility for planning task including maintaining up to date documentation and answering questions
Full training and support will be provided by your workplace mentor and from the Baltic team.
Salary, Hours&Benefits:
- Salary - £16,000 - £19,000
- Monday - Friday 9 AM - 5:30 PM
