About the Role:

  • Location: SEN Schools across Leeds
  • Roles Available: Cover roles and full-time positions
  • Contract: Temporary with the potential for permanent employment for the right candidate

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide tailored support to children with complex needs, including ASD (Autism Spectrum Disorder), ADHD (Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder), and PMLD (Profound and Multiple Learning Difficulties).
  • Work collaboratively with teachers to implement individual education plans (IEPs).
  • Foster a nurturing and inclusive learning environment.
  • Assist with the development of social skills and independence.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience working with SEN children or relevant qualifications (e.g., NVQ, CACHE, BTEC, or Degree in Special Education).
  • A patient, caring, and adaptable approach to education.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
