The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth running of our office operations, handling administrative tasks efficiently, and providing support to employees and management.
  • Requirements: 2+ years of experience as an office administrator or relevant administrative role is required. Familiarity with Sage software is advantageous. Proficiency in Excel, Word, and general office tasks is necessary. Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential. Attention to detail and problem-solving skills are a must.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generating invoices
  • Coordinating shipping bookings
  • Processing customers orders
  • Manage incoming calls, emails, and correspondence
  • Undertake general office and administration tasks as required

Requirements:

  • Familiarity with Sage software is advantageous
  • Proficiency in Excel, Word, and general office tasks
  • Proven experience as an office administrator, office assistant, or relevant administrative role
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and office management software (e.g., MS Outlook)
  • Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
