The Company:ER Recruitment is working alongside a nationally leading organisation who are continuing to grow and dominate in their sector.The successful candidate will be responsible for crafting and executing strategic marketing campaigns, as well as collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to develop innovative energy solutions that meet customers' needs. They will play a crucial role in enhancing brand presence, positioning solutions as industry-leading and driving business growth through targeted marketing strategies. Role & Responsibilities of the Energy Marketing Manager:

  • Craft lead generation campaigns for B2B bespoke energy solutions.
  • Build on positioning as a trusted energy partner who can provide a wide range of solutions to solve emergency standby power generation, backup and energy transition challenges.
  • Ensure activity aligns with the organisation’s cleaner energy in your power strategy.
  • Evaluate campaign effectiveness and adjust strategies as needed.
  • Develop and execute targeted marketing communication plans.
  • Using HubSpot and other digital platforms ensures successful Marketing Automation.
  • Measure and Maximise reach, engagement, and conversion.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including engineers and technical experts, to build relevant and thought-provoking content.
  • Build strong relationships with external partners and clients.
  • Provide insights to enhance product development and service offerings.
  • Define customer profiles and segments.
  • Implement data-driven targeting strategies.
  • Optimise messaging for different audiences.
  • Work closely with each business unit and the wider marketing teams to enhance brand presence in the B2B space.
  • Identify growth opportunities within the energy sector.
  • Develop marketing strategies to capture new markets.
  • Collaborate with sales teams to drive business expansion.

About You as the Energy Marketing Manager:

  • Experience and a proven track record in B2B marketing, particularly within the energy sector, engineering or related industries
  • A bachelor’s degree in marketing or a related field is required, and a master’s degree is considered advantageous. Certification in marketing or project management would also be beneficial.
  • Demonstrated expertise in strategic campaign management, stakeholder engagement, market development, and brand positioning.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to make data-driven decisions are essential, along with excellent communication and collaboration abilities to work effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners.
  • Candidates with some technical understanding of energy systems, HVAC, and engineering concepts would have an edge in collaborating with internal teams and contributing effectively to strategic marketing initiatives.
