The Opportunity
This is a genuinely exciting opportunity for a creative marketing professional to join one of the UK’s leading producing theatres.
The purpose of your job will be to deliver successful multi-channel marketing campaigns that both inspire and excite your audiences, as well as maximising income to attract new visitors to the theatre.
This is a spectacular state-of-the-art theatre based in the heart of Leicester’s vibrant Cultural Quarter, creating compelling cultural experiences for all those who live, learn, visit and work in the city. You will be promoting a diverse programme of musicals, plays, new work, dance and opera and also a dynamic mix of community engagement, artist development and learning programmes, which firmly places audiences, artists and communities at the heart of everything they do.
About You
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in creative campaign management including copywriting, design, print, digital, radio, direct mail and email so there will be huge variety.
You will have the support of a Marketing Administrator so you will also have the confidence to motivate and manage people to deliver successful campaigns on time. You will need to have exceptional communication skills and a commitment to achieving targets and audience-based objectives whilst maintaining exceptional standards.
This is a 12-month maternity cover contract and based onsite 5 days a week.
