Location: Remote/Field-Based - Anywhere in the UK or Ireland

We're recruiting on behalf of a market leader in industrial refrigeration, seeking a highly motivated and technically proficient Industrial Sales Manager. This role focuses on driving service contract, parts, and modernization sales while building strong, lasting relationships with customers across the UK and Ireland.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and grow sales in service contracts, spare parts, and modernization projects.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities across the industrial refrigeration sector.
  • Prepare and manage quotations and technical proposals using Salesforce CRM.
  • Build and maintain trusted relationships with both new and existing clients.
  • Deliver persuasive presentations showcasing service offerings and technical capabilities.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends and competitor activity.
  • Travel regularly to customer sites to provide face-to-face support and relationship development.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution and customer satisfaction.

What We're Looking For:

  • Minimum of 3 years in technical or industrial sales (industrial refrigeration experience is a strong advantage).
  • Sound technical understanding of Ammonia and CO2 systems.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Confident working independently and managing multiple sales pipelines.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office and CRM systems (Salesforce preferred).
  • Comfortable with regular travel throughout the UK and Ireland.
