Company Description

I've been retained by one of the most respected and renowned M&E/Building Services Contractors in London & the UK who have been a partner of choice delivering landmark projects for blue-chip contractors across the UK many years.

Consistently growing year by year, an opening has now arisen for an experienced Mechanical Project Manager who has successfully managed commercial office, mixed-use, residential, data centre projects valued in excess of 3 million M&E. This role will involve playing a pivotal role in development of a commercial office building in the heart of Loughborough.

This individual will need to be driven to still progress their career as my client is going through an exciting period of growth and therefore, this individual needs to be able to capitalise on this opportunity to succeed in this role.

Overall, this is a great opportunity to work on some on a flagship project whilst being on a market leading salary with the opportunity to take their career to the next level if the project is successfully delivered.

Responsibilities/ Skills & Experience

  • The individual should have a minimum of 10 years' experience working in a similar position.
  • Administer procurement of sub-packages/contracts and materials
  • Weekly meeting with the Operations Director.
  • Ability to co-ordinate projects valued upwards of 3million M&E.
  • Liaising with clients over design variations
  • Managing full site team (including 3rd party subcontractors)
  • Developing and maintaining excellent customer and full site team relationships
  • Ensure projects are delivered to a high quality in line with the set specification and budget.
  • Always ensuring health & safety is followed.
  • overseeing weekly design, progress, and commercial meetings
