T&K Associates are currently recruiting for a CNC Programmer for our client based in Leicester on a permanent basis.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a small, friendly team who offer excellent training.

CNC Programmer Job Benefits;

  • £27,000 per annum
  • Day shift
  • Monday to Friday - 8:00am to 4:30pm
  • 28 days holiday including bank holidays rising to 33 days with length of service
  • Paid overtime available after 37.5 hours paid at 1.5
  • Company pension scheme

CNC Programmer Job Responsibilities;

  • Setting and running of CNC Machines
  • Following technical drawings and working from visuals
  • Programming products using Alphacam software
  • Quality checking the products
  • General housekeeping
  • Adhering to health and safety guidelines
  • Any other associated task as required

CNC Programmer Person Specification;

  • Experience using a SCM CNC machine is beneficial but not essential as full training will be given
  • Ability to follow written instructions and procedures
  • Ability to work within a team or with minimal supervision
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Good communication skills
  • Adaptable in approach
  • Willingness to learn
