" Free Parking NJR are currently representing a very well-established firm of Financial Planners who are based Central Leicester.

They now have an exciting opportunity for an experienced IFA Administrator to join their Wealth Management Team where the main purpose of the role will be to provide support to several financial advisers on a range of different client cases.

Daily duties will consist of;

" Processing dealing instructions and new business applications across various platforms

" Obtaining valuations and assisting in producing portfolio reports

" Monitoring and chasing up applications and other transactions across various platforms and providers

" Communicate with clients to answer inquiries, schedule meetings, and provide updates

" Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client information and financial plans

" Assist with special projects as needed

" Maintain accurate client information on Intelligent Office

" Produce correspondence to clients

" Undertake any other duties in keeping with the nature of the position.

" Be conversant with Company procedures and the requirements of the FCA Standards and Rules To apply for the role candidates should offer;

" At least 3 years' experience working in an IFA or a Financial Planning Firm

" Good knowledge around Pensions and Investments

" Strong organisational and communication skills

" Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software

" Knowledge of Financial Planning concepts and strategies

" Working Knowledge of Intelligent Office " Up to date with current FCA Legislation would be ideal NJR 14512
