Barker Ross are recruiting for a Bench Hand Joiner in Leicester we are recruiting for a well-respected Fit Out specialist, this role is temp-perm for the right candidate and offers a chance to work for a well known company. This is a hands-on role that requires precision, attention to detail and a strong work ethic.

Responsibilities:

As a Bench Hand Joiner, you will be working on high end bespoke projects so vast experience in Bench Hand Joinery is essential.

  • Working with a variety of materials.
  • Working to production schedules
  • Able to use the following machinery: Saw, Spindle, Edge Bander- Training will be given but having used before will be a bonus.
  • Conducting quality check and reporting to senior staff.

Essential candidate criteria:

  • Ability to read manufacturing drawings.
  • Previous experience working on bespoke joinery projects.
  • Must be able to read cutting sheets.
