Electrical Shift Maintenance Engineer

Our client who is based near Loughborough is seeking a permanent Electrical shift maintenance engineer, who holds 16th/17th or 18th Edition in Electrical Wiring.

Duties:

  • To ensure all preventative measures have been carried out on machinery, breakdown, repairs (electrical)
  • Report to senior Engineering manager of any issues
  • Ensure plant downtime meets targets whilst maintaining safety and cleanliness in the workplace.
  • To manage and improve plant/machinery and ensuring all works comply to guidelines.
  • Demonstrate continuous improvement.
  • Report and record all works using CMM system (training given)
  • Build and maintain working relationships with work colleagues
  • Implementation of engineering solutions and cost-effective repairs.
  • Support production and maintenance teams to ensure plant exceeds its targets for
