Alma Personnel have great pleasure in recruiting for their Leicester based client for a Sales Broker to join their team on a full time, permanent basis.
Main duties of the Sales Broker role include:
- Converting leads
- Contacting clients with a view to close sales
- Work closely with the Lead Generation team
- Developing new and existing business
- Outbound calling to prospective clients
The Ideal candidate will:
- Have worked in a sales role previously, at least 2 years’ experience
- Be used to working within a target driven role
- Be able to work well under pressure
This role would suit a sales-driven individual who is seeking a new challenge. You will be working to targets and will have proven experience with exceeding these.
This is a full time, permanent role working Monday to Friday in the office.
There is a generous commission scheme available, as well as regular incentives.
