We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Quality Controller to join our team based in Hamilton, Leicester.

As a Quality Controller, you will be responsible for ensuring that our products meet the highest quality standards. You will analyze product samples, conduct inspections, and implement quality assurance procedures to maintain consistent quality throughout the production process.

Shift and pay:

- Monday to Friday 06:00-14:00/14:00-22:00

- £11.45ph 

Responsibilities:
- Perform thorough inspections of raw materials, in-process products, and finished goods
- Analyze product samples using various testing methods and equipment
- Identify and document any defects or deviations from quality standards
- Collaborate with production teams to address quality issues and implement corrective actions
- Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with quality control procedures
- Monitor and maintain records of quality control data and test results
- Participate in the development and improvement of quality control processes
- Train and educate employees on quality control procedures and best practices
- Adhere to health and safety guidelines and maintain a clean and organized work area
