An exciting�opportunity has arisen within this leading, global manufacturing company based in Leicester for a HSE Manager to lead its Health, Safety and Environmental policies and systems.
THE ROLE
The role of the Health, Safety and Environmental Manager is to provide HSE support, advice and solutions along with compliance across its leicester site. Other reponsibilities include:
- Drive HSE compliance across Leicester Site
- Offer Advice to UK Sister Site
- Support the development of ISO 45001 and 14001 standards
- Respond to incidents and accidents�
- Develop and ensure delivery of continuous training across the site
THE PERSON
In order to succeed in the role of HSE Manager, applicants must have experience of working within a manufacturing, production, engineering or similar industrial environment in a Health and Safety role. Ideally you will have experience of monitoring, developing and improving systems. ISO45001 and ISO14001 would be advantageous. You will need to have good preparartion, organisational and communication skills in order to maintain high standards,
