Job Title: Senior Town Planner

Chartered Town Planner - The Role:

Lead on the preparation and submission of planning applications and appeals.
Provide professional planning advice to clients and colleagues across multiple sectors.
Prepare high-quality reports, planning statements, and supporting documentation.
Engage with local planning authorities, stakeholders, and community groups.
Support junior colleagues through mentoring and guidance.
Contribute to the growth of the planning service by developing client relationships and identifying new opportunities.

Chartered Town Planner - Requirements:

MRTPI accredited Town Planner.
3-6 years' post-qualification experience, ideally within consultancy or multidisciplinary practice.
Proven track record managing planning applications and appeals.
Strong report writing and presentation skills.
Collaborative approach with excellent communication skills.
Commercial awareness and confidence working with clients.
