Casualty Solicitor

My client, a top 50 UK law firm, is looking to recruit a Casualty Solicitor to join their expanding team for their Leicester office.   You will be acting on behalf of various local authorities and their insurers, your primary role will be to manage your own caseload and assist senior fee earners on their cases. Your caseload will include an interesting mix of pre litigated and litigated claims including Highways Law, Occupiers Liability Employers Liability, and Housing disrepair. You will have the chance to upskill and assist on data breach claims, human rights and equality act and high-value flooding cases. The ideal candidate will be 2 – 4 years PQE and ideally have defendant litigation experience. However, from a claimant background with experience personal injury experience looking to get into defednant work are encouraged to apply.  My client not only bring in the highest quality work but also ensure that their benefits and working culture are second to none.
