We are currently seeking two Business Support Assistants to join our safeguarding unit. The role involves a variety of day-to-day administrative tasks within a sensitive and critical environment. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, the ability to multitask, and a flexible approach to work. This position requires dealing with strong subject matter, specifically concerning the potential harm of children.
Day to day of the role:- Typing a range of general correspondence and a variety of other records and documents with accuracy.
- Processing and liaising with teams, departments, or agencies as required.
- Ensuring prompt delivery and collection of notifications, attendee lists, and supporting conference documents.
- Managing multiple tasks and adapting to changing priorities within a dynamic work environment.
- Handling sensitive information with discretion and in accordance with data protection regulations.
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritise work effectively.
- Flexible approach to work and the capacity to adapt to change.
- Experience in handling sensitive subject matters with professionalism.
- Proficiency in standard office software and good typing skills.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to liaise with various stakeholders.
- Competitive hourly rate of £11.98.

Working hours are from 08:30 to 17:00, Monday to Thursday, and 08:00 to 16:30 on Friday.
