Your Key Objectives: As our Nursery Manager, you'll be the heartbeat of our nursery, driving us towards success. Here's what you'll be responsible for:Professional Leadership: Lead and manage the nursery with professionalism and dedication, ensuring adherence to policies and procedures while promoting our aims and objectives.Quality Assurance: Deliver quality-assured Early Years Foundation Stage education, implementing objectives and targets to continuously enhance our provision.Community Engagement: Foster strong partnerships with families and professionals in the local area, ensuring the needs of all children and families are met and respected.Operational Excellence: Oversee day-to-day operations, including monitoring and recording child development, maintaining records, and managing staff queries.What We're Looking For:
Relevant childcare qualification such as NNEB, BTEC, NVQ III, or equivalent
