The Opportunity
We have the opportunity for you to join our team as Process Technologist. As a Process Technologist, your primary role will be to follow the critical path and effectively launch NPD or EPD products safely, legally and to the agreed quality standard.
- Aiding the implementation of new products, processes, and changes to existing products within the business
- Organisation of the smooth running of production trials in conjunction with Operations.
- Work on specific customer accounts and support the Senior Process Technologist on achieving key timelines for their product lines.
- Sampling of products to establish all necessary technical data from trial products is achieved.
- Establish all photographic standards throughout the new process or product.
- Produce department paperwork, to contain all data and process instructions for the production teams.
- Complete post launch tasks as required
- Organisation of sample requests from trial work

- The successful person will need to be a self-starter with good project management skills and the ability to work under pressure, be flexible to work around the needs of the business, as well as have good attention to detail and good IT and presentation skills.
- Previous experience in a similar role or a qualification in a food science or related discipline is preferable and graduates will be considered for this role.
- Be able to work to strict timescales and pressures of managing the customers through sample requests, visits and email/phone call communication where needed.
