My client has have identified the need for a payroll administrator to join the payroll function on a permanent basis. We therefore seek an experienced and responsible individual, with enthusiasm and ability to take on new challenges and help support the payroll function. Key Responsibilities:
- Administer and process accurate and timely payroll for all employees
- Ensure compliance with UK payroll legislation, including PAYE, National Insurance, and pension contributions.
- Maintain and update employee records, ensuring confidentiality and data protection.
- Generate and distribute payslips, P60s, and other statutory documents.
- Collaborate with HR and Finance teams to resolve payroll-related queries and discrepancies.
