My client has have identified the need for a payroll administrator to join the payroll function on a permanent basis. We therefore seek an experienced and responsible individual, with enthusiasm and ability to take on new challenges and help support the payroll function. Are you detail-oriented and passionate about numbers? Do you thrive in a dynamic, creative environment? We're seeking a meticulous and proactive Payroll Administrator to join a vibrant media company.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administer and process accurate and timely payroll for all employees
  • Ensure compliance with UK payroll legislation, including PAYE, National Insurance, and pension contributions.
  • Maintain and update employee records, ensuring confidentiality and data protection.
  • Generate and distribute payslips, P60s, and other statutory documents.
  • Collaborate with HR and Finance teams to resolve payroll-related queries and discrepancies.

About you…

For the role it is essential you have experience of:

  • Payroll end-to-end processing
  • Good Excel
