Alecto Recruitment is looking to hear from experienced Plumbers interested in a full time, permanent position.
Working as part of a team, you will carry out a crucial role by ensuring planned and reactive maintenance work is carried out in a safe, compliant, and timely manner.
Role Profile & Responsibilities
- Hours: 39 hours per week.
o Rolling 3 week shift pattern, more information provided upon request.
- Requirement to work weekends on a rota basis.
- Routine and non-routine maintenance.
- Fault finding Identification of life expired equipment.
- Check, repair and make good faults and life-expired equipment.
- Inspections, water sampling, and risk assessment.
- Mains water supply repairs.
- Minimise wastage and continually improve processes.
- Ensure statutory works are carried out to time and that work is compliant.
- This role may include working at height and in all-weather conditions.
- This role will also support both local and business zero carbon programs, working towards zero carbon in a strategic and lean manner as and where it is appropriate.
- Responsible for ensuring H&S standards are achieved across the contract.
Desired Applicant Profile
- Ideally commercial plumbing experience.
- Full UK driving licence.
- Right to work in the UK - our client cannot offer sponsorship.
- Trade qualification - ideally Level 3 in Plumbing and Heating. If not, we can consider Level 2.
